How do eGift cards work?
eGift cards are electronic gift cards delivered conveniently via email or text message. Once the purchase has been processed, the eGift card will be sent to the recipient within a few minutes or at the time or date of your choosing. The recipient can print out their eGift card or display it on their device to use at any Selland Family Restaurants location.

How are eGift cards different from plastic gift cards?
Plastic gift cards can be purchased in-store or sent via mail. eGift cards are electronic gift cards that are sent via email or text message for instant access.

Can I use an eGift card to purchase an online order?
Yes, you can use a gift card to make purchases for Selland’s Market-Cafe or OBO’ Italian Table & Bar online orders. However, any gift card or egift card purchased before March 20, 2024 will not work for online orders. How long does it take for a recipient to receive their eGift card?
If you opt for immediate delivery of your eGift card, it will be sent out promptly, typically within a few minutes. However, please allow up to 45 minutes to an hour for the recipient to receive it in their inbox or by text message. You may also schedule the egift Card for a future date.

The eGift card recipient hasn’t received their eGift card. How can it be resent?
If your recipient has not received their eGift card, please email help@sellandfamily.com with the order confirmation receipt and we will resend the eGift card to the email or text provided in your order. Please note, eGift cards are often mistakenly deleted by recipients, organized into different inbox categories, or get caught in spam/junk folders.

Can I customize an eGift card I want to send to a recipient?
Yes, you can customize the eGift card you wish to send to your recipient. We offer four designs provided by Selland Family Restaurants, including Selland’s Market-Café, OBO’ Italian Table & Bar, Ella Dining Room and Bar, and The Kitchen Restaurant. Please select your preferred design by clicking one of the links above.

In what dollar amounts are eGift Cards available?
Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar denomination from $5 to $500.

Where can I use my eGift card?
You may redeem your eGift card at all Selland Family Restaurants except for Selland’s at the Golden 1 Center.

What if I lose my eGift card?
If you misplaced your eGift card, you can reprint it by clicking on the link in the original email. If you cannot find your original email, please email help@sellandfamily.com and we’ll see what we can do.

If I change my mind, can I get a refund for my eGift card purchase?
No, all eGift card purchases are non-refundable.

How do I purchase gift cards?
Gift cards are available for purchase in-store at the following Selland Family Restaurants: Selland’s Market-Café (all locations except for Selland’s at the Golden 1 Center), OBO’ Italian Table & Bar, and Ella Dining Room and Bar.

Gift cards can also be purchased by completing the Gift Card Purchase Form. You can download the form and email it to giftcards@sellandfamily.com or fax it to 916.400.4562.

What happens if I lose my gift card?
Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen. However, please email us at help@sellandfamily.com and we will see if we can help.

Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire.

If I change my mind, can I get a refund for my gift card purchase?
No, unfortunately, we are not able to refund gift card and eGift card purchases.

Can I purchase a gift card and have you send it to the recipient?
Yes, we can process gift cards to anyone with a valid street address. Gift cards can be purchased by completing the Gift Card Purchase Form. You can download the form and email it to giftcards@sellandfamily.com or fax it to 916.400.4562.

What is the estimated shipping time for gift cards mailed out?
Completed Gift Card Purchase Forms will be processed within two business days of request and mailed out via United States Postal Services (USPS). As soon as your order is processed, we’ll email a receipt of purchase and confirmation that your order has been sent out. Since USPS is a third party, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date. If you’d like to send a gift card for a specific date, we recommend sending an eGift card.
