Welcome to our Dine and Donate Online Fundraiser program! We value our community and are dedicated to helping your organization raise funds with ease. Hosting a fundraiser is simple, and 15% of all online orders for pickup or delivery made through your event will go directly to your school or charitable organization. Let’s make a difference together!
Who Is Eligible?
Schools, 501(c) charitable organizations, and social community groups (excluding religious and political organizations).
How It Works
Our Dine & Donate Online Fundraiser days are available Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays, special events, and promotions. Together, we’ll determine a date that works best for an OBO’ Italian Table & Bar or a designated Sellands Cafe location and your school or organization. Preferably, the selected date is planned a month in advance.
We will provide a flyer featuring your organization’s logo and all the details of your online fundraiser. Your organization is responsible for promoting the event and distributing the flyer to your supporters.
The fundraiser runs for the entire business day, from open to close. Guests participating in the fundraiser must place their order through our website for the designated fundraiser location and enter the fundraiser promo code at checkout for the order to count toward the fundraiser. Participation is valid only for online orders for pickup or delivery (excluding catering orders).
After your fundraiser, we will send your organization a letter and a check for 15% of sales, excluding tax, gratuity, and gift cards.
Our Responsibilities
- Coordinate with your organization to set a fundraiser date
- Provide a fundraiser flyer after receiving required information and logo assets
- Maintain accurate sales records for the event
- Mail a check within 15 business days after the fundraiser
Your Responsibilities
- Provide and sign a W-9 form before the fundraiser. The check will be mailed to the name and address on the W-9
- Use the flyer created by Selland Hospitality Group to promote the fundraiser
- Distribute flyers via print, email, or social media to your contacts and databases
- Fundraisers are a joint effort between your organization and Selland Hospitality Group. Throughout the fundraising process, your organization agrees to use our brand names professionally and respectfully
Please Do
- Share the flyer with supporters of your school or organization
Please Do Not
- Create materials using Selland Hospitality Group restaurant names, logos, or other brand assets
- Release information to the press without prior approval from Selland Hospitality Group
- Distribute flyers inside or near Selland Hospitality Group restaurants
- Leave flyers in public areas (e.g., on parked cars)
