Mushroom Ragout on Creamy Polenta with Roasted Shallots and Madeira Sauce, served with Garlic Bread. Paired with a bottle of 2017 Root:1 Pinot Noir, Casablanca Valley, Chile.
December 9 – December 15
Pork Loin Agrodolce with Brussels Sprouts, Bacon and Onions, served with Roasted Parmesan Potatoes. Paired with a bottle of 2018 Rapido Sangiovese, Puglia IGT.
December 16 – December 22
Nonna’s Beef Stew with Carrots, Tomatoes, Potatoes and Mushrooms, served with Garlic Bread. Paired with a Select Bottle of Wine.
December 23 – December 29 (holiday week)
Braised Chicken Scarpariello with Sausage, Hot & Sweet Peppers and Onions, served with Herbed Orzo and Ciabatta Crostini. Paired with a Select Bottle of Wine.
