Fennel and Black Pepper Roasted Pork Shoulder, served with Succotash of Corn, Piquillo Peppers and Cherry Tomatoes, with Salsa Verde. Paired with a bottle of 2017 The Wolftrap Red Blend, Paarl, South Africa.

Slow Roasted Chicken Thighs with Summer Ratatouille, Capers, Castelvetrano Olives and Fresh Herbs. Paired with a Select Bottle of Wine.

Four-Cheese Alfredo Lasagna Mozzarella, Parmesan, Fontina and Ricotta with Basil, served with Garlic Parmesan Focaccia. Paired with a Select Bottle of Wine.
